| Minus4 On Line is the worlds first JAVA C16/Plus4
emulator. Minus4 java was created by Mike Dailly along side his Plus4
emulators Minus4 Dos and Minus4 win. Mike knew he could bring Plus4
emulation to the WEB with todays technology and 8bit games being an ideal
target for online emulation !

What do I need and how does it work?
|
You need a Web Browser with FULL Java support. To get the best out of Minus4 java make sure JIT compiling is
enabled. Most users will have JIT enabled as default.
How does it work?
- Minus4 java will download into your web browser along with the game you have selected. The game
will auto run once downloading has finished. Some games may need decruching once loaded into
your browser which Minus4 Java will unpack and take care of. So please wait a
few moments. Once the game is ready to run, Click on the game window to use
Minus4 Java. Keyboard controls are suppoted for each game.
Can I still play offline ?
- Yes! Once the game had finished downloading and is running in your browser your computer run's the
Minus4 java applet.
Minus4 Java is beta and with some support not implemented yet eg.(Joystick and sound support)
Mike would like to add these features at some point, But the last thing I would want Mike to do is
stop working on Minus4dos and Minus4win when both these emulators have
joystick, sound and much more supported !!
Minus4 Java is another fun way of emulating a
C16/Plus4 computer. All of theses games are available on the Game Index Pages along with many C16/Plus4 emulators
for Amiga or PC.
